We offer Maintenance and Service work for existing systems installed by other companies. From removal and re-installation, to troubleshooting and repairing under performing systems, our Service Technicians are highly trained to provide affordable solutions for all of your solar needs.
PANEL REMOVAL & RE-INSTALLATION
Do you need your system removed and re-installed for a re-roof or do you need to move your system to a new home? We provide customized pricing for each job to ensure the very best cost to our customers, as opposed to a flat rate per watt that many other contractors charge.
SYSTEM INSPECTIONS
We provide thorough inspections with detailed reporting for customers concerned about their aging systems or for customers purchasing a home with an existing system. Over time, if not installed properly, clamps and bolts can loosen, wiring may become exposed to the elements as the zip ties or straps holding the wiring in place dry out and break; weathering can also damage many other components. When buying a home with solar, you also want to ensure the system is properly installed and up to code to avoid future problems; or if the warranty from your existing system is about to expire, call on us to provide an inspection report you can share with your installer.
PANEL CLEANING
Over time it can be necessary to thoroughly clean your panels. Water spots, bird droppings, dust and even pollution can create a dirty film that is difficult to remove with the minimal rainfall we receive in Arizona. A panel cleaning by Green Muscle is inexpensive but can typically increase your system’s production by 3%-10% depending on how dirty the array is.
PEST ABATEMENT / PIGEON WIRING
Green Muscle has pest abatement options to keep pigeons and other unwanted critters from getting underneath your solar panels. Our hardware will not void your existing panel manufacturer warranty or any existing workmanship warranty you might have.
MONITORING OPTIONS
Most monitoring systems do not offer real-time monitoring that sends an alert when problems arise; instead they simply report production that a homeowner can access online. We provide real-time monitoring solutions with immediate notifications sent to our Team. Remotely we can troubleshoot the problem and dispatch a technician if needed.
